Design Services
I believe that my client should be in control of their design. Just as there are many different types of projects, there should be a certain level of flexibility in how a project may be completed. For starters, there is a scale that can be drawn between full custom design services & drafting services. Custom design involves input from a competent & experienced building designer in order to achieve a finished result. Drafting involves taking a preconceived plan & creating finished plans that will be accepted by a local municipality for permit and by your contractor for construction. Each type of service represents a different level of involvement for me, the designer. For this reason, I offer different levels of service to match my clients’ varying requirements.
